Fact sheet (with directions and map):
http://www.capitalhotelswdc.com/StGregoryHotelWDC_com/sg_fact.html .
The total cost will be about $375 (plus tax and gratuity) for room and morning refreshments.
The room is $300 for 8 a.m. to noon (he gave us a $50 break to offset the catered food, which normally costs $75 - so we're getting the food for $25). Food is just coffee, tea, and bagels with cream cheese & jelly.
The room normally rents for $800 a day but since it is booked for the afternoon, he gave us a break. The room is actually 2 parts but he would charge the same for just one of the parts configured as theatre style. So, we got the whole "Library" room set up classroom style.
Podium with mic - no charge
Projection screen - no charge
Bring our own PC Projector (very expensive to rent)
Cancellation: 72 hours in advance.
Reserve by credit card.
