Hardcopy about 1 1/2 months lead?

Exchanges is quarterly. Would need about 4 months lead time?

Information Retrieval has an online calendar that would be perfect.  The calendar has its own section for CFP.  Also has quarterly newsletter "Forum".  The editors email addresses msanderson@shef.ac.uk (user unkown) & fc74sanf@miamiu.acs.muohio.edu (host unknown) are not helpful.

KDD's newletter is Explorations.  They have an Events & Announcements section on their site but it looks like text boxes of many topics you scroll past.  It will be harder to find information there but still helpful to us.  Contact for events looks like sunita@it.iitb.ernet.in.  Also sent email to Ramakrishnan Srikant infodir_sigkdd@acm.org

MIS quarterly newsletter is "Database"

I sent a single email to everyone

Laurie Schatzberg (information director) replied on the same day.  She will send CFP to their maillist of 800.  In addition, she forwarded the information to another SIG:   .  She will not put in newsletter because will not be timely.

No email sent.
